In 2018, two high school sweethearts, Russell and I (Erika), were married. Shortly after, Russell joined the military, which took our family to Cannon AFB in New Mexico. During one of our trips back home, we were given the opportunity to help run a fireworks stand — and instantly fell in love with the tradition, the excitement, and the community it brought together.

That spark turned into a dream, and in 2022 Big Mac’s Fireworks officially launched and has been going strong ever since. Fireworks season has become a special time for our whole family. Our two girls look forward to it every year, and our youngest even took some of her very first steps inside a fireworks stand.
